Cherry Street Building

Cherry Street has become one of Tulsa’s go-to places for the latest, trendiest restaurants and bars. The name seems to fit the quaint neighborhood that invites pedestrians to stroll its sidewalks, sit at an outdoor table or visit its popular farmers market.

Crandall & Associates was retained to complete an entire building renovation on the exterior of the building totaling in about 7,500 SF (See before image in gallery)

A Bit About the History of the Revitalization

“The atmosphere has really improved here,” she said in 1985. “We’ve gotten some nice businesses on the street, and I cherish that.”

Cherry Street is “a cozy kind of a place,” said Ginger Holsted, owner of the Panache restaurant and catering company. “Lots and lots of people walk up and down the street, which we like. People can park their cars and feel safe here.”
