We offer ground-up construction from start to finish. We ensure the project is going smoothly and if there are any discrepancies from the beginning of the construction project to the end. Crandall & Associates will work and communicate with vendors, staff, subcontractors, designers, and architects when it comes to the project at hand.
The Beacon Building was built-in 1923 by Waite Phillips, is located in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The Beacon offers premiere office space within walking distance to the Courthouse, the BOK Center, and the Brady Arts District. Crandall and Associates has completed multiple projects within the building.
We were selected to do the build-out for Insurica which included the entire floor 10k SF plus another 5k SF for the Executive Offices and Suites. In the basement of the building, our team built out the Yoga studio. We have also done an office for the owner in the building as well.
